For me, it became the key that helped me move my body through layers of trauma — by truly understanding and embodying my design, everything shifted. I explain it in a way that actually makes sense, cutting through the confusion to raise your self-awareness fast.

The Experience

One session is often all you need to know. Many clients describe it as finally feeling seen — like a huge weight has lifted and a new sense of joy has been initiated.

For some, it's about closing a chapter — finally understanding your parents' charts and alleviating the internal suffering you didn't know wasn't yours to carry.

I use Human Design as my compass too. It shows me where I'm in traumatic loops and where things flow easily. Now I can see exactly where I'm aligned — and where I'm not.

Hypnotherapy is a way to explore your mind, access your potential, and rewire your internal computer for success. I'm a gentle, curious guide who walks alongside you through your internal world — safely and gently.

How It Works

Your Consultation

Your first session starts with a thorough consultation — we talk, I understand exactly what we're working with, and together we create a clear game plan.

Enter Hypnosis

I invite you to close your eyes, relax, and follow the sound of my voice. You remain in communication with me throughout — even when speaking, you stay in hypnosis.

Rewire & Transform

In this state, your mind becomes highly adaptable. This is where we communicate with your 95% unconscious mind — implanting new pathways and creating lasting change.

You Are Always in Control

All hypnosis is self-hypnosis. You go into hypnotic states multiple times a day — when driving, doing the washing up, or absorbed in a book. It's completely natural and profoundly powerful.

Unless your unconscious mind is on board with the suggestions, nothing unwanted can happen. This is why I do a thorough consultation first — to really understand you and your goals.

Traumas can be examined without being activated through timeline regression — safely exploring what's held in your unconscious, gently and at your pace.

Breathwork

At Hypgnosis Academy, the breath is our most powerful tool for healing, resilience, and reconnection. Our work spans the full spectrum — from gentle functional breathing that restores nervous system balance, to Conscious Connected Breathwork that unlocks profound transformation.

Breathwork is delivered through immersive sessions and woven into hypnotherapy journeys — all grounded in integrity, trauma-awareness, and heart. It creates space to release what's been held in the body, shift stagnant energy, and access deeper layers of awareness.

The Experience

  • Music guides you to drop deeper into your body as I encourage and support you from start to finish
  • A blindfold helps you go inwards — a blanket keeps you warm as you journey
  • In person: I come to each person, placing gentle hands where I see energy held — moving a body part, resting a hand on the heart — offering physical support through the process
  • Group sessions: Maximum 6 people — intimate, supported, held

Breathwork is something I usually offer at festivals and events in group settings — and it's something I weave into hypnotherapy journeys and future programmes.

Sometimes the breath can feel like too much depending on where you are emotionally. That's completely okay — hypnotherapy remains my primary offer, with breathwork available as an additional option as we journey together.

Flow Dance Meditation

This practice isn't just about dancing — it's about healing, releasing what no longer serves you, and embracing a more embodied, present, and free version of yourself. Flow Dance Meditation invites you to unlock your body's rhythm and move with intention, finding flow and freedom through the fusion of movement and music.

A dynamic movement practice combining the transformative power of dance, music, and meditation. Through carefully curated music, intuitive movement, and somatic techniques, you're guided on a journey to shift your energy, explore emotions, and access deeper layers of self-awareness — a guided journey between 30 and 45 minutes that takes you deeper into connection with yourself.

Move with that energy. Let it flow through you. The music builds — higher tempo, more freedom, more expression.

We slow down. The body is invited to let go of whatever it needs to. And you leave feeling lighter, connected, and often — unexpectedly happy.

Yoga

Trauma-informed Hatha yoga — a slower, gentler practice focusing on alignment and stability. Building a foundation from the bottom up, reconnecting you with parts of yourself you may have lost touch with.

What to Expect

Start lying down — I warm up the body gently from this grounded place

Progress through positions — from lying to seated, to all fours, eventually into standing

Focus on 4-5 poses — staying in each, honouring alignment and stability as your foundation builds

Breath to close — gentle breathing practice to cool and integrate, depending on the environment

A Personal Note

I have used yoga as a form of reconnecting to my body — and through that physical reconnection, I've rediscovered parts of myself I thought were gone.
