About Hyp-Gnosis Academy, booking, and practical information

Hyp-Gnosis Academy is a space offering hypnotherapy, Human Design insight, and integrative inner work to support self-awareness, embodiment, and subconscious change. We work with the nervous system, the psyche, and the soul — bridging practical therapeutic tools with multidimensional understanding.

This work is suited to people who are:

Self-aware and curious about their inner landscape
Ready to explore patterns with personal responsibility
Seeking depth without spiritual bypassing
Open to reflection, embodiment, and integration

It may not be suitable for everyone at every stage — and that's okay. This work asks for presence, not perfection.

All sessions are currently delivered online via Zoom or Google Meet.

Bookings are managed through Calendly, and payment is required upfront via PayPal. Card payments and Pay in 3 options are accepted.

A short discovery call is available if you'd like to discuss your needs before booking.

You're encouraged to listen for a clear internal "yes" before committing to any work. There's no obligation to book, and no pressure to decide immediately.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Clear, respectful communication is always encouraged.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give as much notice as possible. Boundaries are held with care and professionalism on both sides.

This work is complementary, not a replacement for medical or mental health care.

Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate professional support when needed and to communicate openly about their wellbeing throughout our work together.

Yes. Services will expand over the next 12 months as training continues.

Full hypnotherapy offerings (including regression, parts work, and somatic integration) will be added following completion of training in June 2026.

Advanced regression training will be completed by August 2027. You're welcome to revisit this page for updates as the Academy evolves.

Understanding the blueprint without the limitations

Human Design is a self-awareness system that offers insight into how you are designed to process energy, make decisions, relate to others, and move through life.

It is:

A blueprint, not an identity
A tool for awareness, not limitation
A way to understand conditioning within the energy centres

Human Design draws on astrology, the I Ching, the Kabbalah, and the chakra system. In sessions, we focus on what's practical and embodied — how your design shows up in real life.

No. Human Design does not predict the future, and it does not define who you "should" be.

Choice, awareness, and lived experience always come first. Your design is a map — you are the one navigating.

No prior knowledge is needed. Sessions are explained in a clear, accessible way, without jargon or overwhelm.

Curiosity is enough.

The session is conversational and educational. We explore:

Your Energy Type and how you're designed to engage with life
Your decision-making authority — your internal guidance system
Your profile lines and how you learn and relate
Key centres and how they shape your experience

We explore how these patterns show up in real life, relationships, work, and self-trust. There is plenty of time for questions and reflection.

The 12-week journey allows insight to land gradually, with time for embodiment and observation between sessions.

Each energy centre is explored in depth over time. You receive prompts to observe patterns in daily life, and there is ongoing space for questions, integration, and reflection.

This container is suited to those who want to live their design, not just understand it conceptually.

Yes. All Human Design sessions are recorded and shared via WeTransfer.

You have 7 days to download the recording. No written summaries are provided — the recording is your reference point for integration.

Human Design can create awareness that naturally supports deeper subconscious work. Understanding your conditioning can reveal where hypnotherapy may be helpful.

There is no pressure to move into hypnotherapy. You are always invited to move at your own pace and follow your own internal clarity.

Safe, gentle, trauma-conscious inner work

Inner Child Hypnotherapy is a gentle, guided process that works with younger parts of the self — the parts that learned to adapt, protect, or hide in response to early experiences.

It is focused on:

Awareness, safety, and deep relaxation
Listening to parts of the self with compassion
Creating space for integration, not reliving trauma

This work is supportive, not forceful. You remain in control throughout.

Hypnotherapy is not sleep or loss of consciousness. You remain aware and in control throughout the session.

Most people describe the experience as calm, focused, and reflective — like being absorbed in a daydream or deep meditation.

Everyone experiences it slightly differently. There is no "right" way to feel.

Everyone is different. A 4-week container is recommended for continuity, allowing time for integration between sessions.

One-off sessions are also available for those exploring the work for the first time.

There is no obligation to continue beyond what feels right. This work honours your pace and your inner knowing.

Yes. All sessions are trauma-conscious and client-led.

Consent and nervous system safety are prioritised throughout. You can stop, pause, or redirect the session at any time.

This work is gentle by design. Nothing is forced or extracted.

A quiet, comfortable, uninterrupted space is recommended. Wear comfortable clothing, and ensure you have privacy for the duration of the session.

Allow time afterward for rest and integration. Journaling, gentle movement, or simply being with yourself can support the process.

There is no "right" way to prepare. Come as you are.
